Morning Speaker: Chastity Mays
About Chastity Mays: Chastity Mays attended Southern Illinois University and has a MS.Ed. She is also the co-founder of a nonprofit organization called A Gift of Love Charity, Inc. Chastity is involved in the community sitting on the Board of Carbondale Public Library, is a Certified Birth Doula, and also the President of the Black Chamber of Commerce of Southern Illinois. She has a passion for educating, advocating for, and uplifting the community.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Jason Richardson
About Jason Richardson, MBA, PsyD: Jason is a World Champion and Pan Am Games Gold Medalist. While
competing as a Pro Athlete in BMX, Jason earned his MBA in 2000 and a Doctorate in Psychology in 2010. Jason delivers the Championship Life by helping teams and individuals win more, play better, and live happier.
Dr. J.Rich is the go-to guy when it comes to the head game in actions sports and beyond. His reputation and work has landed him on deck at the X-Games and three Summer Olympic Games – helping athletes earn positions on their respective Olympic teams as well as X-Games Gold and Olympic medals. His performance approach continues to serve athletes, executives,
and entrepreneurs as they forge their way in business, sport, and life. He also is the voice of his sport, commentating all international events for TV and Webcasts.
Jason has also delivered his Gold Medal Mindset as a speaker and trainer to organizations such as:

the consumer packaged goods industry. He also has over 5 years of experience in the financial
industry. In his free time, Elijah has been performing stand-up comedy for over 12 years. He is
currently the founder and CEO of Chummy’s Organix, a hemp-derived CBD health and wellness
brand.
He is also the Founder and visionary behind Chummy’s Business Consulting. Where they discover tailored solutions. Chummy’s strives to understand the unique needs, challenges, and goals of their clients and provides consulting services that align with their vision.
