Realty 618 Celebrates Growth with Ribbon Cutting on 618 Day in Marion

Realty 618 marked a major milestone in its continued growth with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 18 — fittingly celebrated on “618 Day” — at its new location in Marion.

Hosted by the Marion Chamber of Commerce, the event brought together community leaders, local officials, and supporters to recognize the brokerage’s expansion and ongoing impact in the region.

Matt Carnaghi, Chair of the Marion Chamber of Commerce, welcomed attendees and commended Realty 618 for its contributions to the local community. He expressed appreciation for broker Tanya Bundren and her team, noting their dedication to serving clients and strengthening the local real estate market.

Mayor Michael Asher also shared remarks, highlighting the importance of differentiation in today’s competitive real estate industry. He praised Realty 618’s reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, client-focused culture.

Tanya Bundren reflected on her journey of launching her own brokerage, describing the experience as both rewarding and deeply rooted in community support. She extended heartfelt thanks to the Lawrence family — especially Brian Lawrence — for their role in helping bring the new office to life.

The ceremony concluded with a ribbon cutting and a memorable community touch: attendees were invited to sign a commemorative portion of the ribbon, symbolizing shared support and excitement for Realty 618’s future.
