About the Program

Cost savings

This program has been saving participating chamber members throughout Illinois over $3,000,000 annually!

Electricity eligibility program requirements 

  • Must be a member of the Chamber of Commerce
  • Service must be classified as commercial with the utility; residential accounts are not eligible for this program
  • Electric and/or Natural Gas accounts must be in the Ameren Illinois service territory
  • Members served by rural Cooperatives are not allowed to choose their supplier in Illinois

How to start saving

  • Contact your Priority Power Representative
  • Include a copy of your electric and/or natural gas bill(s) from within the past three months (this is needed to obtain accurate custom pricing)

At the conclusion of the open enrollment period, Priority Power will negotiate a custom chamber-discounted price from our partnered suppliers, execute a contract on your behalf, and send you a Transaction Confirmation with a 3 day recession period. If the Transaction Confirmation is not declined, Priority Power will officially enroll your accounts in the transaction presented for the length of the term designated on the Transaction Confirmation. How to Start Saving:

Provide your email and business address
Provide a copy of your electric bill and email it to shariff@aessolar.com.

Once a representative from AES Solar inputs your usage and rates, a Solargraf proposal will be prepared with a 5-year breakdown. Included in this proposal will be your system cost, Federal Tax Credit, energy savings over 30 years, MACR’s (modified accelerated cost recovery), SREC’s (Solar Renewable Energy Credits), ROI’s and payback period. Every solar system is tailor fit to meet the needs of the customer.
