Grad Spree Sign-up

We are excited to share in your graduation celebrations!

Grad Spree gifts will be given to ALL SENIORS pre-registered for Grad Spree! Gifts will be handed out during event check-in. Make sure and pre-register to get the size t-shirt you want and get an additional door prize entry by April 30th.

May Registrants will be given gifts as supplies last.

Please use a non-school email address for this form. We will only use it to send out event information and a post event survey. Thank you!

If you will NOT be 18 by the date of the event, please fill out a paper form from the Grad Spree event page and turn into the MHS Student Council or the Marion Chamber of Commerce Office.

Only graduating seniors may attend Grad Spree. No guests.
You must sign up before Grad Spree Starts. To ensure receiving a Grad Spree goodie bag, please pre-register by late April. Event sign-up is available till Grad Spree event check in (May registrants will get gifts as supplies last.).
This is a drug-free and alcohol-free event.
All cars are to be parked at the Cornerstone Church parking lot. You must ride the buses provided to all Grad Spree activities to be admitted. NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED ON THE BUSES.
You will be given a bag to hold your personal items upon entering the registration area. You will not be allowed to use your own bag. You do not need to bring any money. All activities and food are FREE for the entire night.
If you wish to swim at the HUB, please bring a swimsuit (additional polyester/non-cotton shirts may be worn), Towel, padlock for locker items if you wish, and goggles if you wish.
If for any reason you must leave early that night, your parent must personally bring a written note to the Chamber Office no later than 2 p.m. on the event day. Only your parents will be allowed to pick you up.

HUB Waiver

Liability – I recognize that participation in the HUB’s activities or programs may expose me to some risk of injury, illness or death. I assume all liability and agree to hold the HUB harmless from any claims for damage to any property or injury to persons which may occur through participation in any activity or program at the HUB.
Loss – The HUB is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Secure your valuables at all times throughout the facility.
Code of Conduct – The HUB prohibits inappropriate behavior and conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, profanity or abusive language or attire, smoking of cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, and e-cigarettes or other similar products that rely on vaporization or aerosolization., or alcohol or drugs. Any of these violations will result in the removal from HUB property.
Illness - I acknowledge and assume all risk of exposure, to myself and those under my guardianship, to contagious disease and condition, including but not limited to COVID-19, and release and agree to hold the City of Marion and The Hub Recreation Center and its employees and staff harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the City of Hub Staff, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with my attendance at The Hub Recreation Center. I further attest that I will not knowingly expose others to contagious disease or condition, and I agree that if I am ill, or exposed to illness I will refrain from entering the property of The Hub Recreation Center.
Photo/Talent Release – I hereby irrevocably release, consent and allow the HUB and its agent to use my photograph/likeness/voice as it pertains to my participation with the HUB, in any manner for promotional efforts without exception for any reimbursement in connection with its use.
