The Ripple Effect - Being a Catalyst for Change

Mother Teresa once said, “I alone cannot change the world but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.” It is a powerful quote that inspires many to do great things. But what if you are not Mother Teresa? What if you, like many others, struggle with self doubt, imposter syndrome or even past public disgrace? In this talk, we will deep dive into what it means to be a catalyst for change and how to overcome the barriers in your own mind to do what you were called to do.

About the Speaker

Allison Hasler is a wife, mother, combat veteran, podcaster, business owner of Southern Illinois Vacation Rentals, LLC, and Community Programs Director for the City of Marion. By overcoming her own "imposter syndrome," Hasler has created a few ripples of change in her own community including founding 100+ Women Who Care- Williamson County chapter, which has collectively given back $21,600 in its first two meetings.
